This is new to me,So I may need help in the future,my aim is to share spiritual knowledge and ways and to connect to others of like mind to exchange comments etc.Now my interest is in the following,Zen/Tao and Native American Shamanic ways.So this serves as a platform for exchanges of experience and realizations it is not a religious site and only devoted to the spiritual,am not a guru/teacher just a student,at 66 years of age,I live in the Blue Mountains,in New South Wales Australia.
